    Draw what you like. Look up tutorials and references if you have to (google is your friend). Half-finished work is better than no work because it means you did something. And the most important is probably to practice as much as possible~

    Can confirm, practice is key. It doesn't matter if you hate it, because no matter what the result, you got the experience from it and that's worth drawing for. I suggest paying close attention to whatever you're using as a reference, or start by drawing stick figures/skeletons in order to plan your drawing out first rather than just jumping in.

    I find speedpaints are really good ways to learn or at least get new ideas - perhaps search youtube for one with the kind of style you like and try and figure out exactly what they're doing. Then you can pick and choose what you like and incorporate them into your own work.
